Grand Home Wise provides premium home renovation services including but not limited to: interior design, exterior renovation, garden/landscaping, home security installation, fire safety systems, roofing, solar systems, window replacement, flooring, and bathroom remodeling.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grand Home Wise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or emotional distress. Our total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the contract value paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Grand Home Wise is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, labor disputes, supply chain failures, or natural disasters.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
